We are now looking for a Multimedia & Publishing Officer
Your tasks include
Support to the implementation of communications activities and tools
Coordination of the internal website development
Coordination and production of the photo and video materials
Creation of communications tools/material in terms of design, publishing, etc
Support to the organization of occasional conferences and events
Support to establish the yearly sponsoring plan and to coordinate related actions
Support the link between the communication department and the staff
Coordination of the communication inbox.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate
University degree or equivalent in communications
Excellent spoken and written English and Finnish
Excellent communication skills, synthetic minded, highly organized and resourceful
Creativity and imagination in performing tasks, interest and good proven experience in graphic/creative design (layouts, advertising, etc)
High computer literacy with strong working knowledge of Windows Office Software
Experience in Internet communication is a plus
Good knowledge of the media, publication world
Ability to research, establish and maintain relationships with staff/partners/officials
Continuous motivation in performing tasks
