We are looking for Marketing Manager to join our energetic team!
You are open-minded, curious and active person, who is willing to find new innovative ways of marketing; you will seize challenges and reach goals as you are persistent, professional and positive in character.
You have a university degree in marketing or similar education and minimum five years of experience in B2B marketing.
Your key tasks are:
- To ensure successful go-to-market and commercialization of offerings
- To support sales with positioning of offering, creating meaningful offering value propositions and offering marketing materials
- To increase internal involvement to and knowledge on new offerings
Your responsibilities are also:
- Participate to market opportunity assessment
- Make competitor analysis and customer segmentation
- Make go-to-market planning for offerings
- Develope offering/service description together with offering development team
- Coordinate internal launches for offerings
- Arrange offering trainings
Your qualifications are:
- Proven marketing skills with excellent track record
- Competence in running demanding projects within agreed time and budget
- Strong leadership skills
- Sharp business acumen
- Excellent social skills and positive work attitude
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills
- Ability to travel
We offer you a role that will provide huge opportunities to build a successful marketing and sales-oriented network within Tieto, collaborating with colleagues in market units, business lines and corporate marketing. You will influence our marketing activities and be responsible for coordinating marketing within business line.
The scope of Enterprise Solutions is to focus on Tieto’s horizontal businesses within consulting, system integration and application development solution domains. In Enterprise Solutions we focus on volume growth business and leveraging long lasting customer relations, utilizing the location independency in the global team with around 3500 colleagues.
