However, we want you to do more than just follow standard procedure: we are looking for people who have the innovation and creativity to help us continuously improve our way of working.

Revenue Operations Capability is responsible for providing solutions for supporting financial processes in Rebate management, Payment Solutions, Tax engines and Credit management. Solutions cover the full life cycle from the creation of the related IT services and tools within these processes and supporting related business capability development. Lead Developer's main responsibilities: · To be technical authority for Rebate Management services·Drive prototyping, solve difficult technical problems and provide technical leadership for the team· Participate in hands-on development if needed - writing the code, configure, test and document· Identify, initiate and follow up corrective actions within own area·To ensure smooth end-to-end process, great user experience and business needs will be exceeded· Collaborate with Capability Area Architect to ensure architecture vision and data management will be followed within own area

Qualifications To be our ideal candidate for Lead Developer, you are a recognized professional with several years of relevant experience and a track record of successful performance, preferably in IT development.With a background like this, we know you are achievement-oriented. To make it in our multicultural environment, you must be capable of communicating in written and spoken English. Good negotiation and persuasion skills and a strong can-do attitude are also well worth mentioning on your application. Additionally, we highly appreciate any experience in one or more of the following areas: · Extensive experience  J2EE and Oracle· Previous experience SAP FI/CE/PI, XML, HTTP, SOAP, SQL, ECLIPSE and Web services· Knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Sabrix and an overall knowledge of finance domain would be most beneficial· Experience on agile development Most importantly you have solid technical background and you are willing to further develop your skills on top of that. Our culture is founded on openness, collaboration and honesty, with colleagues who are brilliant in their field, resilient, and above all, strive for the best.  One team, where everyone makes a difference and everyone is heard.
