We are now looking for a Final Documentation Concepts

Your tasks include

Adopting and respecting of documentation procedures and specifications to ensure accurate records of all project official documentation generated by the Company, its Client and Contractors

Understanding of processes and participation in definition, development and improvement of methods, processes and tools for Final documentation

Participation in the meetings with the Client and Contractors

Checking data integrity and quality for Final Documentation

Creation and modification of guidebooks

Specification for implementation, test, operation for Final Documentation specific softwares

In later, advise other users about correct documentation processes if data is inaccurate and/or missing and give documentation assistance/support To be successful in this role you must demonstrate

Previous experience in similar role: documentation, archiving or engineering/construction environment

Excellent communication skills (spoken/written) in English, proficiency in other languages (Finnish, German, French) is a benefit

Good work experience with Microsoft Office (mainly: Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
