We are now looking for CONSUMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST FINLAND AND ANALYST NORDIC to the Kraft Foods office in Vantaa Tammisto.

Your main tasks •You will be the link between Kraft Foods internal clients and our call center •Providing information to the call center, handling escalations and contacting Kraft Foods plants in Europe •Responsible of analysing the consumer contact data and reporting to internal clients in all Nordic countries •Developing consumer relations operation and tools Your qualifications •You have a suitable academic degree on food science or on commercial field (if education from food science, some marketing studies preferred or if from marketing, food economy preferred) •Good verbal and written skills in Finnish, English and also good skills in Swedish preferred •Experience in using IT tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) •Commercial and consumer friendly approach •Good people skills and positive attitude •Open-mindness in changing situations •Ability to work independently and in a team •Excellent presentation skills We offer an interesting job in an international company working with leading national and international brands as well as excellent opportunities for personal development.
