Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Portfolio Insight Team the Consumer Intelligence Manager, Smart Devices Portfolio Insight will be responsible for driving the identification of opportunities for the Smart Devices portfolio.   To be successful in this role, you will work very closely with members of the Portfolio Management teams and in the Smart Devices organisation, our partner agencies as well as other teams inside the Consumer Intelligence organization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for strengthening the consumer voice with Nokia's Smart Devices product & portfolio planning organization across devices and services. The ultimate objective is to increase the competitiveness of Nokia's Smart Devices portfolio.You must be able to produce relevant, timely and actionable consumer insight that supports key processes and decision points.  This is achieved by utilising existing quantitative datasets to model optimization opportunities for the Smart Devices portfolio in the mid to long term.

Qualifications An MBA or another business-oriented degree, combined with at least 5 years' experience in an analytical consumer intelligence role and/or consumer research role, will provide a strong foundation. Quantitative skills are a must, as this role will require creative and sophisticated analytical skills to model and cluster data to identify opportunities for the Nokia's Smart Devices Portfolio.  This must be further reinforced by at least two years' experience focused on consumer mobile services.  A talent for multitasking and a willingness to embrace and thrive within a constantly evolving environment is essential.  The ability to consolidate insight from a number of sources and be forthright about key messages is critical as well as having a passion for the consumer.  Deliverables must be of high quality and clearly communicated, and the confidence to present to senior management is key. 

The qualifications in summary:•More than 5 years analytical experience in a consumer research environment•Experience in portfolio planning and road mapping •Highly developed analytical thinking capacity and quantitative/modeling  skills•Highly independent, self -directed and performance driven•Excellent negotiation, influencing, presentation and communication skills•Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders•MSc (Engineering) or MBA in a relevant field
